Job Overview

The Director of Cardiac Rhythm Management is responsible for driving commercial execution, market expansion and team development across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing sales and clinical team, set strategic direction, and champion cross-functional collaboration to deliver value to patients, clinicians, and procurement partners.
  • Shape and execute commercial strategy, oversee sales and clinical execution, and foster talent development, while aligning with broader Rhythm Solutions goals.
Leadership and Team Development
  • Develop and lead the CRM commercial team, ensuring capability development, talent retention and a strong performance-driven culture.
  • Establish a robust leadership culture and ensure organisational success and succession.
Cross-Functional & Strategic Initiatives
  • Partner with marketing, education, corporate accounts, and supply chain teams to drive operational execution and commercial excellence.
