Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot basic technical problems reported by users.

  • Support and mentor level 1 helpdesk peers.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have previous helpdesk experience, preferably in an enterprise environment. IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals) are highly regarded. Additionally, your ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively in a team environment is essential.
