Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Reservations Supervisor to manage daily operations of our reservations department.

About the Role

  • Assist in promoting and selling hotel services and facilities.
  • Develop relationships with corporate accounts, travel agents, and tour operators to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage day-to-day tasks, including reservations, room assignments, and revenue-related statistics.
  • Train and supervise reservations team members to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor group reservations and implement yield management strategies to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Reservations Department in the absence of the Reservations Manager.
  • Assist with overflow calls and tasks during peak periods.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of group reservations.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and monitor group block and pick up/no-shows and cancellations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hotel reservations and supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
