Key Responsibilities:
- Support organisational leaders with understanding best-practice learning and development approaches
- Coordinate L&D programs and compliance
- Implement a structured calendar of learning in consultation with organisational leaders, employees and external registered training organisations
- Qualification in Human Resources, Learning & Development or a related discipline, or extensive experience deemed to be equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in Learning & Development
- Practical experience in maximising the use of systems and other e-learning platforms for effective delivery of learning initiatives
