The Role

As a Learning Coordinator will operate across the Global Aurecon network and will play an integral role working with the Aurecon Learning Team and key stakeholders to support some of our key initiatives, inc. Intern Program, Graduate program and our Leadership programs.

Here are the key things you will do to 'bring ideas to life'.
- Establish and maintain close working business relationships with the Learning team and key stakeholders and SMEs to effectively support all learning activities across Aurecon globally
- Responsible for the project coordination of the Intern and Graduate programs at Aurecon
- Provide support and advice to employees in relation to Aurecon's LMS and global programmes and respond to mailbox enquiries received from the business
- Support the delivery and implementation of global development initiatives incorporating communications, change management and stakeholder engagement
- Liaise with Marketing and Communications for support with branding and scheduling communications
- Curating relevant online learning content in collaboration with the Learning team

- Strong experience in an administration/coordination role
- Efficient and accurate delivery of general administrative tasks
- Experience in project planning and execution with strong attention to detail
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
