Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Coordinator to work closely with our Executive team and develop a targeted and responsive calendar of development opportunities. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide systematic processes of researching, selection, organising and presentation of information to increase skills and knowledge across the organisation.

The Learning and Development Coordinator will be responsible for identifying and evaluating core training needs, developing training packages for each identified need, drafting and reviewing learning and development policies and procedures, and maintaining strong relationships with preferred Approved Training Providers.

This role requires a registered nurse with experience in aged care, preferably in a residential setting. The ideal candidate will also possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Tertiary Qualifications in Education, and demonstrated experience in the development and delivery of adult learning packages.

A strong understanding of technology and LMS management is essential, as well as advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Additionally, the candidate should have high attention to detail, strong time management and prioritisation skills, and be willing to obtain a current police check and immunisation certificate.
