A high-achieving sales professional is required to drive growth and revenue across key segments and verticals. As a leader in our business development strategy, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding service offerings, and delivering innovative solutions that meet sales targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Securing new business through consultative solution-selling and relationship-building with decision-makers.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the market.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Maintaining disciplined CRM management throughout all sales opportunities.
Success in this role is measured by positive pipeline movement, achieving new business revenue targets, maintaining strong CRM discipline, and building robust internal relationships.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in sales performance in the APAC region, a deep understanding of the BPO procurement process, and a mature approach to consultative solution-selling.
In addition, they will possess excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills, as well as a positive attitude, unyielding passion for success, extensive social and business networks, and ability to multitask, self-manage, and provide an exceptional customer experience.
