  • Maintaining disciplined CRM management throughout all sales opportunities.

Success in this role is measured by positive pipeline movement, achieving new business revenue targets, maintaining strong CRM discipline, and building robust internal relationships.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in sales performance in the APAC region, a deep understanding of the BPO procurement process, and a mature approach to consultative solution-selling.

In addition, they will possess excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills, as well as a positive attitude, unyielding passion for success, extensive social and business networks, and ability to multitask, self-manage, and provide an exceptional customer experience.
