About the Role

We are seeking a customer-centric Medical Receptionist to play a fundamental role in upholding our brand promise and delivering an outstanding patient and referrer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment.
  • Assist with patient billing and other in-clinic duties, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Schedule medical imaging appointments with care and efficiency, minimizing wait times and maximizing patient satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns and queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with patients, referrers, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others, with a patient-centric approach.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not essential. We are willing to provide comprehensive training to the right candidate.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and multitasking, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Initiative, willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, as part of a dynamic and supportive team.
  • Attention to detail and a positive attitude towards challenges, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
