As a Strategic Capital Markets Specialist at Platinum Pacific Partners, you will have the opportunity to work across the capital stack in a strategic advisory role.
Company OverviewOur client is a newly-established, specialist corporate advisory firm with a deep focus on the financial services industry. The business is currently working on sponsor and non-sponsor related M&A, debt capital and strategic reviews for clients.
The founders of the business come with exceptional track records in advisory, with strong relationships and track records.
Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for new business build with leading co-founders in the advisory and fintech industry, gaining hands-on transactional experience and bolstering financial modelling skills.
Required Skills and QualificationsAppropriate candidates will have from one to seven years' professional experience in M&A or debt advisory. This could come from investment banking, corporate strategy/strategic treasury roles (ideally within the FIG sector), corporate or debt advisory and banking.
Candidates must have skills and understanding of financial modelling, financial due diligence, transaction process management and documentation/pitch book construction. A fundamental critical thinking and inquisitive mindset are also essential.
