At Tandem Partners, we're seeking a Human Capital Transformation Specialist to drive leadership development and cultural change across our business.

This 18-month contract role offers a broad transformation agenda with a focus on leadership development. You'll work closely with project managers and COE's to design, develop, and deliver various HR programs, including leadership initiatives.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing leadership programs as part of an enterprise-wide transformation initiative. Working closely with leadership and project managers, you'll help drive cultural change by developing and delivering leadership initiatives.

This is an ideal opportunity for an HR professional with culture and project/transformation experience looking for broader exposure to other HR areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver leadership programs and evaluations.
  • Collaborate with teams to assess leadership needs.
  • Facilitate leadership workshops and promote leadership excellence.
  • Develop tools to measure program impact and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and vendor engagement for HR program delivery.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Broad HR experience, with a focus on leadership and culture change.
  • Experience in transformation or project environments.
  • Resilience under pressure and ability to handle competing demands.
  • Agile experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or related fields.

The salary range for this position is estimated at $160,000 per annum, reflecting the senior level and expertise required. As a fixed-term contract, this opportunity provides a clear career path and growth prospects within our organization.
