About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cruise Holidays Sales Consultant to join our team at FCM Travel. As a Cruise Holidays Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for quoting, booking, and invoicing cruise bookings and packages, ensuring that KPIs are met and sales targets are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quoting, booking, and invoicing cruise bookings and packages
  • Ensure that KPIs are met, meeting and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Support and handle walk-in, email, and telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately
  • Maximise sales opportunities by upselling and cross-selling
  • Monitor and action all relevant mailboxes daily
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive product information in order to deliver and generate sales

About You

We are looking for a proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets. You should have GDS experience, exceptional focus on details, adept problem-solving skills, and thrive under pressure. You should be ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organizing tasks efficiently.
