Are you passionate about cruise holidays and looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Consultant to join our CruiseAbout team in Double Bay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quoting, booking, and invoicing cruise bookings and packages
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, ensuring KPIs are met
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling walk-in, email, and telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately
  • Maximise sales opportunities by upselling and cross-selling
  • Monitor and action all relevant mailboxes daily
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive product information to deliver and generate sales
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in a customer service environment and achieving sales targets
  • GDS experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail, adept problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive under pressure
  • Ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organising tasks efficiently
