Company Overview

The organisation is currently undergoing a period of change, requiring an experienced Interim HR Director to provide support on an interim basis. This public sector organisation prioritises customer advocacy and stakeholder relationships.

 

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting the organisation in a generalist role, working closely with the executive team and highly experienced managers. Key responsibilities include rolling out strategic initiatives, managing a small team of HR professionals, handling recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and assessing learning needs. As the head of the HR function, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders.

 

Criteria

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 8 years of experience at a senior level. You should be comfortable with operational HR work but also possess expertise in employee relations. Experience working in a public sector organisation is desirable, and your availability is required immediately.
