About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues efficiently via multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls and email correspondence within set SLAs and following company standards to achieve positive customer outcomes.
  • Understanding customer insights and feedback and acting in the best interest of our customers at all times.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a customer-focused mindset is essential, as well as adaptability and comfort with change in a fast-paced environment.

You will be comfortable navigating multiple systems with ease and have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
