Job Description
As an Assessing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless management of assessing workflows from claim lodgement through to vehicle repair. This involves coordinating assessment bookings and managing complex workflows to deliver exceptional service to customers, assessors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional and empathetic service to customers, assessors, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate assessment bookings and manage complex workflows to ensure timely completion.
  • Allocate assessments based on claim complexity, customer needs, and assessor availability.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Claim Centre system.
  • Identify and escalate risks, sensitive claims, or potential fraudulent activity.
  • Support assessors with administrative tasks.
  • Respond to inbound call customer queries, complaints, and requests within agreed timeframes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive efficient claim outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
You will need to possess:

  • Proven experience in customer service roles.
  • Knowledge of general insurance and/or claims is desired.
  • Strong customer service mindset with empathy and care.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Resilient and proactive approach to problem-solving.
