Sales Operations Director Job Description

As a Sales Operations Director, you will be responsible for defining and leading the regional sales operations strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and revenue plans.

Key responsibilities include partnering with senior sales, marketing, finance, and customer success leaders to drive go-to-market efficiency and alignment. You will provide strategic insights and operational rigor to support sales leadership decisions.

Specifically, you will own the regional sales forecasting process, delivering accurate data-backed forecasts and reporting to SAP. You will also establish models and analytics frameworks to support pipeline visibility, conversion metrics, and risk/opportunity assessment.

Regional Sales Operations Expertise Required
  • Design, implement, and evolve standardized sales processes and workflows across the sales cycle for the region.
  • Lead CRM governance, ensuring system integrity, streamlined workflows, and adoption across the sales organization.
  • Champion automation and process improvements that reduce friction and increase productivity.

You will lead the annual planning cycle for quota and territory assignments, working closely with sales and finance to balance growth goals with rep-level attainability.
