About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior E-Commerce Account Manager to join our team in the Consumer Electronics category. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with top-selling partners, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of e-commerce and consumer electronics industry trends. Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture relationships with top-selling partners in the Consumer Electronics category, identifying opportunities for growth and improving overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, leveraging Amazon's tools and services to help sellers succeed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product and program management, to support seller education and adoption of Amazon services.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with sellers and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with pipeline management skills, including utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools.
