  • We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of identifying and chasing down new business leads within the manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, and wholesale sectors.
  • As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for achieving targets and handover new clients to the account management team on a regular basis.
  • Your key responsibilities will include planning and executing acquiring MQLS, SQLs, ultimately converting them to new clients, in collaboration with the Marketing Head & Sales Director.

The Ideal Candidate

  • You must have a genuine passion for retail, technology, and e-commerce solutions.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is essential, while a Master's Degree would be a bonus.
  • You should have at least 2+ years of experience in Sales & Business Development 'hunting', preferably in a strategic and consultative style sales role.
  • Familiarity with face-to-face interaction and negotiation with executive decision-makers within top companies (B2B & B2C's) in Australia is a must.
  • You should possess high-level interpersonal skills to work with various internal teams and excellent presentation skills with both customers and senior executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovatively is essential.
  • Familiarities with retail, marketplace, and e-commerce experience are highly valued.
  • You should thrive in a high-energy, dynamic environment.
