About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development of a cutting-edge e-commerce platform in the insurance space. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver a best-in-class e-commerce experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of the e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless integration with innovative white label products.
  • Drive A/B testing and data-driven optimizations across our digital channels.
  • Support the transition to a more agile and collaborative environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in e-commerce platforms, particularly in optimization and customer journey management.
  • Extensive experience with CRM and HubSpot integrations, user journey mapping, and designing workflows.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and the ability to manage revenue-driving activities while leading testing programs.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments, including collaboration with IT, design, and commercial teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand and articulate how product decisions impact business outcomes.

Location: Based in Sydney or Brisbane, with a flexible arrangement of 2/3 days a week in the office.

Salary: Up to $180k base + Super + 10% Bonus
