We are seeking a dedicated professional to drive our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) efforts in the Asia Pacific region. This role is critical to fostering an inclusive culture that values diversity and promotes equity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute DEI strategy focusing on metrics and policies
  • Collaborate with various committees, local leadership, and business services teams
  • Deliver DEI initiatives
  • Support global DEI team
  • Implement DEI education programs
  • Represent organization at forums
  • Manage regional DEI committees
  • Compile and analyze data
  • Build relationships with colleagues

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months continuous experience in inclusion
  • Preferrable experience in a large organization
  • Bachelor's degree required; HR, Psychology, Organizational Development or Law Degree/Masters degree advantageous
