About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Remuneration Expert to join our team in Asia Pacific. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer to provide remuneration and compensation expertise in structuring, reviewing, analyzing and monitoring opportunities to drive EBITDA growth across the region.

This is a senior standalone role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in executive remuneration structuring and be proficient in data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight and analysis of remuneration practices and standards across the region, including base salary, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, and benefits.
  • Regional analysis and recommendations on opportunities to drive improved personnel cost as a percentage of revenue.
  • Alignment of remuneration structures across the region to incentivize EBITDA growth and consistent decision-making.
  • Analysis, recommendation, and support on remuneration structuring opportunities/proposals for team and market leader acquisitions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in executive remuneration structuring.
  • Advanced Excel skills, Excel modeling, and data analytics capabilities.
  • Data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting tools proficiency (TM1, PAW, Power BI, Cognos).
  • CA/CPA equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial management and financial decision support.
  • Project management and portfolio management experience.
