Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Finance Professional to join our team as a Remuneration Expert. This is a senior standalone role that provides expertise in structuring, reviewing, analyzing and monitoring opportunities to drive EBITDA growth across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remuneration and compensation expertise to support the Chief Financial Officer | APAC, Chief Operating Officer | APAC, and Country Managing Directors and Chief Financial Officers.
  • Work collaboratively with Regional FP&A teams and People and Performance teams to leverage their expertise and support business objectives.
  • Analyze and monitor remuneration practices and standards across the region, including base salaries, short-term incentives, long-term incentive structures, and benefits.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve personnel costs as a percentage of revenue and align remuneration structures to incentivize EBITDA growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in executive remuneration structuring, including base salaries, benefits, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting tools, such as TM1, PAW, Power BI, and Cognos.
  • CA or CPA equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial management and financial decision support, including project management and portfolio management.
Salary and Benefits
