Job Title: Remuneration Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Remuneration Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources & Training department, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing compensation strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist benchmarking, job evaluations, and remuneration recommendations for executives, ensuring they are aligned with industry standards and internal equity principles.
  • Advise on appointments, separations, special incentives, and prepare contractual documents, demonstrating expertise in compensation design and implementation.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, and internal standards, maintaining a deep understanding of employment law and its implications on reward frameworks.
  • Contribute to the formulation and implementation of reward strategies across the Group, including remuneration, recognition, benefits, superannuation, and insurances, driving business outcomes through effective compensation practices.
  • Prepare employee equity offers, conduct role pay and gender pay analytics, and support diversity reporting, utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage remuneration budgets and forecasts, deliver Suncorp's share plans, and oversee the relationship with share services providers, ensuring seamless execution of complex compensation programs.
  • Implement new benefits and review the effectiveness of existing ones, managing relationships with benefits vendors to ensure effective service delivery, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • A competitive salary range between $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
