Job Title: Case Manager
About the Role:
DXC Technology is seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our team in New South Wales. As part of our major reset to improve recovery and return to work outcomes for injured workers, we are committed to delivering person-centred case management to ensure entitlements to compensation are made appropriately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing and determining liability on claims.
- Preparing for, attending and performing at claims reviews.
- Assisting workers in returning to work and managing chronic ill health through person-centred case management.
- Ensuring entitlements to compensation are made appropriately and timely.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Case Manager with the NSW Workers Compensation Scheme, ideally in Return to Work or Long-Term Case Management.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Decision making, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work with different IT applications.
