Job Overview:
3001 DXC Technology Australia Pty Limited is seeking a skilled Compensation Claims Specialist to join their team in New South Wales. The successful candidate will assist and support injured workers' return to work through person-centred case management, ensuring entitlements to compensation are made appropriately and timely.
About the Role:
In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for assessing and determining liability on claims, preparing for, attending, and performing at claims reviews, highlighting excellent claims strategies and communicating with stakeholders. You will also assist workers in returning to work and manage chronic ill health through person-centred case management.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience as a Case Manager with the NSW Workers Compensation Scheme, ideally in Return to Work or Long-Term Case Management.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Decision making, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work with different IT applications.
