About the Role

We are seeking a skilled In Store Communications Coordinator to join our Visual Merchandise team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing internal store communications, assisting with in-store promotional signage and materials, and driving change to deliver a customer-centric, visually appealing experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the internal ticketing process by collecting data from our Buying Team and ensuring timely delivery to the store network.
  • Convert raw data into a usable format for effective communication.
  • Liaise with the VM team and printing vendors to maintain relationships and ensure seamless communication.
  • Communicate changes or discrepancies to stores and the wider business in a timely manner.
  • Provide support to the Visual Merchandising team as required.
  • Create and communicate standardized documents across all mediums.
  • Perform daily administration duties to maintain information mapping standards across the business.
  • Provide timely and accurate advice to Store Leaders and Regional Managers on related topics.
  • Test and implement new initiatives to improve communication and development initiatives.
  • Understand, review, and benchmark the internal and external environment to anticipate and improve objectives.
  • Maintain multiple mailboxes and increase awareness of internal communications value proposition across all team members.
  • Participate as a member of the wider Retail Operations team and assist others as required.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Retail sales experience and proven business acumen.
  • Previous experience in store communications is desirable but not essential.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
  • Demonstrated understanding of technical writing skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and prioritize workload.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills, Adobe Acrobat Reader professional, and InDesign skills.
