Retail Communications Coordinator

About the RoleWe are seeking an In-Store Communications Coordinator to join our Visual Merchandising team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing internal store communications, assisting with in-store promotional signage, and driving change to deliver a customer-centric experience.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the internal ticketing process, collecting data from our Buying Team and ensuring timely delivery to the store network.
- Convert raw data into a usable format, liaising with the VM team and printing, and maintaining relationships.
- Communicate changes or discrepancies to stores and the wider business in a timely manner.
- Provide support to the Visual Merchandising team as required.
- Create and communicate standardized documents across all mediums.
- Perform daily administration duties and maintain information mapping standards across the business.
- Provide timely and accurate advice to Store Leaders and Regional Managers on related topics.
- Test and implement new initiatives, understanding, reviewing, and benchmarking the internal and external environment to anticipate and improve communication and development initiatives.
- Maintain several mailboxes and increase awareness of internal communications value proposition across all team members.
- You will have retail sales experience and proven business acumen, with previous experience in store communications desirable but not essential.
- You will possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated understanding of technical writing skills, and the ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and prioritize workload.
- You will have intermediate MS Office skills, Adobe Acrobat Reader professional, and InDesign skills.
