About the Role

This leadership opportunity involves managing a team of approximately 6 team members. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional in-store experiences
  • Leading and inspiring the team, modeling and coaching high-performance behaviors aligned with our company values
  • Achieving sales and key performance indicator (KPI) targets, both individually and store-wide
  • Managing rosters to align with store trading patterns
  • Implementing visual merchandising and maintaining high standards of store presentation
  • Managing stock levels and preventing losses
  • Providing a safe environment for team members and customers
About You

We are seeking an experienced leader who can:

  • Demonstrate the ability to recruit, train, and mentor a small team for high performance and succession planning
  • Prove their ability to achieve sales and KPI targets, both individually and store-wide
  • Bring experience from a high-volume stock and merchandise environment
  • Exhibit professional communication skills
  • Be flexible to contribute during peak gifting periods (e.g., Christmas and Mother's Day)
  • Have a passion for our products
