About the Role
We are seeking a skilled In Store Communications Coordinator to join our Visual Merchandising team.
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for compiling and creating internal store communications, assisting with instore promotional signage and communications, and driving change to deliver a customer-centric experience.
- Coordinate the internal ticketing process, collecting data from the Buying Team and ensuring timely delivery to the store network.
- Convert raw data into a usable format.
- Liaise with the VM team and printing, and maintain relationships.
- Communicate changes or discrepancies to stores and the wider business in a timely manner.
- Provide support to the Visual Merchandising team as required.
- Create and communicate standardized documents across all mediums.
- Perform daily administration duties.
- Maintain information mapping standards across the business.
- Provide timely and accurate advice to Store Leaders and Regional Managers on related topics.
- Test and implement new initiatives.
- Understand, review, and benchmark the internal and external environment to anticipate and improve communication and development initiatives.
- Maintain several mailboxes.
- Increase awareness of internal communications value proposition across all team members.
- Participate as a member of the wider Retail Operations team and as a team player to assist others where required and directed.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with retail sales experience and proven business acumen.
Prior experience in store communications is desirable but not essential.
Key skills and qualifications include outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated understanding of technical writing skills, and ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Intermediate MS Office skills, Adobe Acrobat Reader professional, and InDesign skills are also required.
