We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager to join our Field Sales team in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive sales growth and achieve display targets within the assigned territory.
  • Meet with key customer contacts to upsell major activities and negotiate additional display activity.
  • Ensure quality, freshness, and standards of in-store execution meet the high expectations set under the Field Action Standards.
  • Develop plans to achieve all display and Execution Quality targets as outlined in the Activity Execution Guide.
  • Ensure timely availability of all POS Material for activations in-store, including ordering of all POS to Local Sheds.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a hunger to start a career in FMCG or a passion for field sales. They must be confident communicators with the ability to influence and build relationships, as well as possessing a can-do attitude.

As a Territory Manager, they will need to be resilient and self-motivated to drive results within an autonomous role and have developed time management and organisational skills to be successful.

MERchandising experience is highly regarded, and a valid Australian driver's license is required.
