How will
you
contribute?
In this role, you will take ownership of a large and diverse territory covering Northern NSW and Queensland, with a focus on growing and strengthening a well-established dealer network, including councils and government departments. Your time will be dedicated to nurturing relationships with existing dealers and accounts, ensuring their continued growth and success, while focusing on identifying and onboarding new opportunities in strategic areas. You will work closely with dealers to build long-term partnerships, helping them develop tailored marketing plans, enhance in-store presence and deliver memorable customer experiences. The role offers regular travel, giving you the chance to be out in the field building relationships and spotting new opportunities, balanced with the flexibility to work from home. This is a role where you can directly influence sales outcomes and contribute to the business's long-term growth.

Must Have
- Proven success in sales
- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Commercial acumen with the ability to spot growth opportunities and think strategically
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- High personal standards: professional, presentable, and confident in front of customers
- Self-driven, resilient and results-focused with a proactive mindset
- Organised, disciplined and able to manage a large and varied territory
- Comfortable with regular travel (including overnight stays as required)
- Willingness to provide constructive feedback and contribute ideas to improve the business
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with loyalty to colleagues, customers and the company
- A current Australian Drivers Licence
- Intermediate computer skills, including CRM, Microsoft Office and reporting tools
