This well-established and highly regarded residential builder that's been delivering quality homes across Australia for decades. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team that's genuinely passionate about what they do and committed to driving continued success.

Their wholesale division is expanding rapidly, and they're now looking for an experienced and energetic Business Development Manager to come on board. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-focused environment and enjoys working across multiple stakeholders and channels.

In this role, you'll:

  • Be the key contact for sales channel partners and marketing groups, managing the journey from EOI through to Sales Accept

  • Oversee multiple client files to ensure smooth, timely progression through the sales cycle

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, land vendors, and internal teams

  • Guide on creating house and land packages and contribute to the development of brochures

  • Collaborate with House & Land Coordinators and Sales Support to keep things on track

  • Represent the business professionally with clear, confident communication and a solutions-focused approach

To be considered, you'll ideally have:

  • 23 years of experience in residential wholesale or a similar field

  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • The ability to build rapport quickly and maintain productive long-term relationships

  • Reliability, attention to detail, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
