Job Title:

A challenging leadership role awaits in our Merchandising Team, driving sales growth and retail execution excellence across QLD and WA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a dedicated team of Cosmetic Merchandisers, ensuring top-notch performance and adherence to standards.
  • Deliver sales coaching expertise in retail or Field Marketing environments, fostering innovation and improvement.
  • Drive fresh insights and ideas to enhance team performance, staying ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in team management or similar roles, with a track record of success.
  • Previous Merchandising planogram work is an advantage, demonstrating expertise in the field.
  • Comfortable traveling to uncovered areas to assist with field work, adapting to new situations.
  • Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and tech savviness, with intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Valid driver's license and car ownership, enabling efficient travel.
