Territory Manager Role

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Territory Manager to join our Field Sales team in Brisbane.

The ideal candidate will build strong and positive relationships with key customers and drive sales to achieve display and sales targets within their assigned territory.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Builds and maintains relationships with Key Customers (store and Area/Regional Managers) to maximise sales opportunities each session.
    • Meets Key customer contacts to Upsell major activities and negotiate additional display activity
  • In-Store Execution:
    • E nsures Quality, Freshness and Standards of in-store execution are met according to the Field Action Standards set under the Guidelines.
    • Develops plan to achieve all display and Execution Quality targets as outlined in the Activity Execution Guide.
    • Ensures the Availability of all POS Material for activations in-store, including the ordering of all POS to Local Sheds in a timely manner.
Key Requirements:

You must have a hunger for a career in FMCG or passion for field sales.

As a Territory Manager, you will need to be resilient and self-motivated to drive for results within an autonomous role and have developed time management and organisational skills to be successful.

M erchandising experience is highly regarded.

A valid Australian driver's license is also required.
