We are seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in leasing and portfolio management, with experience in negotiating leases and managing relationships with stakeholders.
- The Leasing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize lease renewals and ensure timely delivery on related leasing matters.
- This role involves working closely with multiple stakeholders, including brand teams, franchise partners, legal teams, and suppliers.
- The Leasing Manager will oversee the submission of property Board Approval documents and instruct on Lease documentation.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the success of our organization.
About You- Demonstrated experience in leasing and portfolio management, especially in the negotiation of leases
- Extensive knowledge of leasing statutory requirements, established end-to-end leasing management experience with thorough regulatory knowledge, and the ability to read and interpret Leases.
- Experience in stakeholder management across multiple brands, individuals, and functions.
- Excellent communication skills with experience in conflict management and resolution.
