Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a seamless and efficient operation of the Front Office on a day-to-day basis
  • Handle guest queries with ease and professionalism
  • Prepare arrival and departure reservations in our hotel PMS
  • Process payments for guest departure, including posting payments and preparing invoices
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all public and back-of-house areas

Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
  • A passion for hospitality and a desire to provide exceptional service
  • Superior guest service skills along with excellent service resolution skills
  • The flexibility to work on a rotating 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • Experience in a guest relations or front office role is advantageous
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
