The Role

This is a hybrid position based in Sydney. You will be working with partners to deliver successful client engagements.

Your mission will be to empower our partners to drive project volume, technology adoption, and client outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a background in change management consulting and a passion for driving technology adoption to improve client outcomes.

You will need to be comfortable working with data and solving technical issues to ensure our partners can use our technology effectively.

About You

  • You will come from a change management consulting background.
  • You are excellent with data and comfortable problem-solving in the Org Design and Workforce Planning space.
  • You want to make a difference to large organizations and household names.
  • You love wearing multiple hats and taking on difficult challenges.
  • You enjoy working across various stakeholders (internal and external).
  • You are not flustered easily and will dig until you find a solution.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage joint alliance plans with strategic partners, including:

Partner Onboarding and Project Delivery

  • Orienting our strategic alliance partners to our support model and creating program infrastructure.
  • Establishing routines and feedback channels to manage our strategic relationship.
  • Setting up partner-specific Orgvue tenants for training, demos, and/or storage of custom solutions.

Partner Enablement

  • Co-creating a training and enablement plan to help partners build capability on the Orgvue platform.
  • Determining basic training for partner users (analysis, modeling, admin).
  • Coordinating with other stakeholders, including technical teams.
