Job Title: Senior Disability Service Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Senior Disability Service Leader. This role is a unique opportunity for a passionate and dedicated individual to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our disability services team. As a Senior Disability Service Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the disability services team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

2. Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of NDIS services, ensuring quality standards are met and client outcomes are improved.

3. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including NDIS participants, their families, carers, funding bodies, and government agencies.

4. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks, ensuring compliance with NDIS regulations and policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field.

- Proven experience in a senior management role within the disability sector or healthcare industry.

- Comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS framework, policies, and procedures.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
