Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to lead our newly established division. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and maximizing client potential in designated regions
  • Developing long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and requirement management
  • Persuading clients with products that best meet their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery
  • Negotiating contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
  • Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, as well as after-sales support services
  • Reporting and analyzing sales and costs
  • Meeting sales targets and coordinating sales projects
  • Supporting marketing activities by attending industry events and conferences
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how products meet client needs
  • Liaising with other sales team members and technical experts
  • Assisting in the design of custom-made products
  • Regularly visiting client sites
  • Adhering to relevant HSE and company policies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or degree in Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent trade qualification
  • Experience in sales, preferably in robots, cobots, or assembly technology
  • Experience in industrial automation
  • Proficient programming skills
  • Proficient PC skills
