Job Title: IT Solution Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Solution Engineer to join our Bosch Automotive Service Solutions team. As an IT Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions across multiple customers, incorporating reusable hardware and software components that are integrated together with customers' backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement technology solutions that meet customers' needs and requirements.
  • Actively support the sales team in acquiring new business by working closely with customers to understand their pain points and objectives.
  • Configure and customize the company's customer-oriented IT solutions, ensuring relevant IT policies are maintained.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant IT discipline (Information Systems or Computer Science).
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP, Project Management Systems, IT Hardware/Software, SaaS.
  • Programming languages (JavaScript, SQL,.NET, C#).
  • Extensive network hardware and software knowledge (routers, adapters, network drivers).
  • Data communication networks (LANs, WANs, intranets).
  • Experience with Salesforce is desirable.
  • Significant experience in a commercial and technical IT environment.
  • Automotive IT Diagnostics Hardware/Software experience is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess commercial acumen and have the ability to translate technical information to easy-to-understand business concepts.
