As a Sales Engineer AU&NZ, your key responsibilities will include:

* Identifying new customers and maximizing client potential in designated regions
* Developing long-term relationships with customers through effective communication and requirement management
* Presenting products that meet customer needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery
* Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both customer and company needs
* Calculating customer quotations and administering customer accounts
* Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, as well as after-sales support services
* Reporting and analyzing sales and costs
* Meeting sales targets and coordinating sales projects
* Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events
* Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets customer needs

* Helping in the design of custom-made products
* Regular visits to customer sites

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A diploma or degree in Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent trade qualification
* Experience in sales, preferably in robots, cobots, or assembly technology
* Experience in industrial automation
* Proficient programming skills
* Proficient PC skills
