About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a National Automation Sales & Marketing Manager. This is a 2-year maximum-term, full-time opportunity based at our Head Office in Clayton, with regular interstate and occasional international travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and market expansion.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Sound industry experience in Automation / Special purpose Equipment build.
  • Proficiency with CRM Salesforce, MS Office.
  • Strong customer focus and industry knowledge.
  • Excellent presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
