Job Title: Service Engineer Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Engineer Team Leader to join our Bosch Australia Manufacturing Solutions (BAMS) department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Service Engineers and Technicians in delivering warranty, service, spare parts, and solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Service Engineers and Technicians in delivering warranty, service, spare parts, and solutions
  • Assist with capacity planning, performance management, and professional development of the service team
  • Ensure technical expertise in the section is developed/adjusted to meet future business requirements
  • Provide warranty services in Australia for former Power Tec and Solar products
  • Manage service requirements for BAMS warranty, services, and spare parts
  • Assist with quotation of spare parts, service, hotline, and small projects
Requirements:
  • Electrician A Grade license required
  • A degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field
  • Technically experienced in special purpose machinery design and build
  • Demonstrated SAP and basic project management experience is desirable
  • Capable of presenting sales awareness, production/service support experience is desirable
  • Desirable to have quality system and production process awareness
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well both in a team and independently
  • Must be customer-focused
  • Must have a valid Australian driving license
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
