Key Responsibilities:

  2. To define and deliver a best-in-class digital commerce strategy that drives sustainable growth.">
  3. Maintain robust forecasting and performance reporting to give the business clear visibility of online trading performance.">
  4. To own the delivery of a best-in-class website, ensuring it reflects our brand vision and customer-first philosophy.">
  5. Lead the end-to-end execution of new site functionality, working closely with our Digital Product Team and technology partners.">
  6. Drive ongoing conversion optimisation through rigorous experimentation (A/B testing) and supporting advanced personalisation strategies.">
  7. Set the strategic roadmap for SEO, UX/UI, and customer engagement to continually expand our digital customer base.">
  8. Act as the executive owner of major eCommerce projects, accountable for delivery, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder management.">
  9. Support the Digital Product team with robust governance frameworks for backlog management, sprint planning, and release cycles.">
  10. To oversee the creation, curation, and execution of dynamic and personalised content across the website, ensuring relevance to customer segments.">
  11. Manage the eCommerce P&L in partnership with our Financial Business Partner.">
  12. Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to elevate fulfilment capabilities.">
  13. Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing eCommerce team, building internal capability and succession pipelines.">
  14. You will set the benchmark for digital excellence by anticipating consumer behaviour, leveraging emerging technologies, and embedding best-practice approaches across eCommerce.">
  15. Harnessing insights from data and market trends, you'll evolve our digital capability while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.">

Your Skills And Qualifications:

  • 10+ years' experience in eCommerce with a proven record of delivering growth.">
  • Demonstrated experience managing a P&L and delivering on commercial targets.">
  • Strong leadership experience managing and developing large, high-performing teams.">
  • Deep understanding of the key levers that drive online performance, including CRM, social, and customer engagement.">
  • Advanced commercial acumen and analytical capability, with a focus on actionable insights.">
  • Collaborative mindset, partnering effectively with supply chain, brands, buying, product, and other teams to achieve business objectives.">
  • Strategic thinker with the drive and resilience to execute long-term plans.">
  • Proven track record of working with product and technology teams to shape and deliver digital roadmaps.">
