We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead our online presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce site, ensuring a best-in-class shopping experience across all regions.

  • Manage the daily operations of our e-commerce site and ensure a seamless shopping experience worldwide.
  • Develop and execute strategies that drive sales growth and meet monthly and annual targets.
  • Lead UX/UI optimisation projects to improve conversion rates and usability.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to deliver engaging campaigns and brand storytelling across digital platforms.
  • Oversee site merchandising, product categorisation, pricing updates, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on site performance, customer behaviour, and conversion metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with developers and external partners to implement site enhancements, new features, and integrations.
  • Set and execute email and SMS marketing strategies resulting in increased revenue.
  • Manage databases across regions, focusing on list growth.
  • Maintain high standards of email and SMS flows through regular refreshes.
  • Ensure mobile-first design principles and accessibility best practices are consistently applied.
  • Maintain alignment between online and offline retail channels for a seamless omnichannel customer experience.
  • Stay ahead of emerging e-commerce trends, platforms, and technologies.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years' experience managing e-commerce in retail, fashion, or consumer brands.
  • Proven success driving measurable growth through UX/UI improvements.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Shopify Plus (or similar).
  • Analytical mindset with confidence in data analysis tools.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A balance of creative thinking and commercial focus.
  • Degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, Design—or equivalent experience.
