HR Transformation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to support a major HR transformation as part of a multi-year enterprise program.

  • To identify and map current state HR processes and systems, highlighting gaps, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • To engage with HR stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • To develop capability options and define the target state, aligned to strategic and operational priorities.
  • To remediate HR functions currently embedded in other enterprise systems and transition them into HR ownership.
  • To contribute to a standardized approach for HR processes, systems, and data management.
  • To prepare deliverables to inform solution evaluation documentation and a business case for future solution selection and implementation.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in business analysis in enterprise environments with HR processes, and the ability to lead process mapping, requirements gathering, and capability uplift. Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience in HR transformations are essential.
