We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional service by pairing deep product knowledge with tailored solutions for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:- Consult with customers to understand their needs, then recommend the perfect kitchen, bathroom and laundry solutions.
- Manage the customer journey end-to-end — from quotation through to sale, coordinating delivery and installation, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
- Build and maintain exceptional customer relationships — creating customers for life.
- Stay up to date with product and system knowledge through comprehensive training and support.
- Contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment.
- A genuine connection with people and ability to guide them through their purchase journey.
- Experience in a customer-focused role — retail, real estate, automotive, travel and similar backgrounds have thrived here.
- Strong self-management skills — able to prioritize, multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented mindset with great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer skills and confidence learning new systems.
