We're seeking an exceptional Sales and Client Advocate to excel in end-to-end relationships with our hosts. This crucial role involves managing every stage of the host journey, from initial contact through onboarding, ongoing support, and performance enhancement.

Sales and Onboarding Mastery
  • Lead Engagement: Swiftly respond to prospective client inquiries, qualify leads, and effectively pitch our services via calls and emails to maintain high conversion rates from initial contact to signed agreement.
  • Property Setup: Ensure seamless property onboarding, including home visits and client meetings to set up clients for success on our platform, including listing creation and optimization.
Client Success Expertise
  • Performance Optimization: Collaborate closely with multiple teams to ensure our hosts achieve strong performance and remain satisfied with our service.
  • Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and enhance the overall host experience.
