Job Title: Customer Experience Advocate

The primary role of this position is to provide exceptional service to customers, working closely with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner, escalating issues for prompt resolution.
  • Investigate and process customer credits according to established procedures.
  • Liaise with logistics and finance teams to resolve customer account and stock enquiry issues.
  • Prepare quotations on behalf of the sales team.
  • Maintain effective communication with sales managers, sales engineers, and other team members to deliver excellent customer services.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, with extensive experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with Salesforce and ability to adapt to new ways of working.
  • Comfortable selling technical products, with a good understanding of industry requirements.

  • Adaptable and proactive, with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in sales and technical product knowledge is highly desirable.
