About the role:
- A Customer Advocate will engage with customers to drive long-term relationships.
A key component of this role is to educate employees about their benefits. This will be done through various tools, such as webinars, presentations, customer visits, expos, and other events.
As a Customer Advocate, you will meet targets and aim to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Your day-to-day will involve working closely with teams to design and implement strategies for success. You will manage key accounts, promote advocacy and growth, and work towards meeting KPI targets.
About you:
- Experience in sales, account management or consumer finance is desirable.
- Proven ability to build rapport quickly and engage with all types of prospective customers.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple leads.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic team environment and possess resilience.
